摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,资源和生态环境成为影响可持续发展的重要屏障。鉴于核电的环境效益和经济效益,世界各国逐步重视核电能源,我国也开始将核电的发展向内陆延伸,而安全则是发展内陆核电的重中之重。运用层次分析法对影响内陆核电安全的因素进行分析,指出内陆核电的关键性安全影响因素,并提出指导建议。
With the continuous improvement of Chinese economy, resource and environment may become a crucial barrier to impede the sustainable development. Due to the nuclear power~ environmental benefit and economical profit, many coun- tries around the world start to focus on nuclear power. Meanwhile, our country also begins to expand the nuclear power de- velopment to inland. However, the safety of the development on inland nuclear power is the top priority. This article ana- lyzed the elements of ＂affecting inland nuclear power security by analytic hierarchy process （AHP）. As a result, the paper provides the key factors of affecting inland nuclear power security and offers suitable guidance and suggestions.
