摘要
以核磁共振定量测定技术为依据,以甲酸胺为外标,建立定量测定苯二酚三种同分异构体含量的方法。结果得到邻、间、对苯二酚均在线性范围内有良好的线性,回归方程分别:y=-0.00315+40.38201x,r=0.99996;y=0.00254+39.96878x,r=0.99998;y=2.51044E-4+80.31374x,r=0.99992;回收率分别为:100.39%、100.96%、100.09%。本方法取样量少,直接定量,灵敏度高,方法简单,重现性好,而且可以同时测定溶液中这三种物质的含量,可作为苯二酚三种同分异构体定量测定的一种简单方法。
Base on quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance technology,taking ammonium formate as external standard,a method to determination of dihydroxybenzene isomers was established. The results of Catechol,Resorcinol,Hydroquinone had the good linearity in linear range. The linear regression equations were as follows: y =- 0. 00315 +40. 38201 x,r = 0. 99996,y = 0. 00254 + 39. 96878 x,r = 0. 99998,y = 2. 51044E- 4 + 80. 31374 x,r = 0. 99992. The recovery rates were as follows: 100. 39%,100. 96%,100. 09%. This method is less sampling,direct quantitative,high sensitivity,simple,reproducible,and can simultaneous determine the contents of these three substances in solution. This method can be used for the quantitative determination of dihydroxybenzene isomers.
