摘要
高职毕业生高质量、高数量就业,不仅会扩大高职教育影响力,更会促进高职院校健康发展。但部分高职毕业生就业态度不够端正,就业竞争力有待提高。从辅导员工作角度出发,发挥自身掌握先进的就业指导理论,具备丰富的就业指导工作经验,与学生联系紧密,感情基础较好的优势,在现代交流工具的帮助下,完成毕业生跟踪调查任务与职业指导,畅通高职毕业生职业发展之路。
The employment of high quality and high quantity can not onlyamplify the effect of higher vocational college education, but also promote its healthy development.However, the attitude of some higher vocational college graduates is not correct, and the working competitiveness is still to improve.As the supervisor,in my perspectivewe should make full use of our own capability of having advanced theoryof employment guidance,rich experience of instructional work,and close connection with students. With the help of modern communication,wecan complete the task of graduates tracking and fulfill their lifevalues, and help instruct them to attain the competitiveness of sustainable development.
