摘要
以生物阻抗检测技术为基础,设计了一种频谱范围在10~60 MHz的高频阻抗检测系统用于人体阻抗测试,验证了系统的测试性能。根据阻抗谱法无创血糖测试的原理,对健康人体进行测试后得到112组数据,采用主成分分析回归模型预测血糖浓度,对比同一测试者的预测结果与有创检测数据,相关系数为0.805 8,且较好预测了动态血糖变化趋势,为进一步研究无创连续监测血糖浓度提供了参考。
A high frequency impedance monitoring system based on impedance spectroscopy has been developed, whose frequency ranges of 10 ~ 60 MHz, applied for human body test. According to principle of non-invasive glucose measuring based on impedance spectroscopy, after testing on healthy body, 112 groups of data are collected;use principal component analysis regression model to predict glucose concentration, compare predicting results and invasive data from the same tester, correlation coefficient is 0.805 8, dynamic glucose change trend can be well predicted, provide reference for further study of non-invasive continuous monitoring of glucose levels.
