摘要
体质由先后天因素决定,具有相对稳定性和动态可变性。偏颇体质是疾病发生的危险因素,调理体质是预防疾病的有效手段,营养是体质调理的主要方法之一。基于中医体质分类,通过膳食调查、人体成分测量、营养代谢指标检测等方法,评定不同体质类型人群的营养状况,利用食物性味功效、生物活性食物成分、营养基因组学等方法手段进行营养干预。探索营养学与中医体质学的有效结合方式,更好地使营养学研究方法应用于体质调理中,以促进健康。
The constitution is determined by innate and acquired factors,both stable and variable. Diseases due to biased constitutions can be prevented by adjusting biased constitutions and nutrition is one of main methods of adjusting constitutions. Nutritional assessment and nutritional intervention of the people of different constitutions can be achieved by dietary survey,body composition measurement,index detection of nutrient metabolism,characteristics of different foods,bioactive food components and nutritional genomics. Combination method of nutrition and TCM constitution should be found for better adjusting constitutions and promoting health.
