摘要
针状焦是高功率石墨电极的原料,利用煤沥青制备针状焦已备受关注。而针状焦的质量与原料的组分密切相关,原料组成直接影响到中间相的生成、针状焦的结构形态及性能指标。本文对中间相的形成机理、原料组成对中间相的影响因素进行了综述,提出煤系针状焦原料的研究方向。
Needle coke is the feedstock of ultra high power graphite electrode,and the preparation of needle coke from coal tar pitch has attracted much attention.The quality of needle coke is closely related to the composition of feedstock which direcdy affects the formation of mesophase,the structure and properties of needle coke.The formation mechanism of mesophase and the influence of feedstock composition on mesophase were discussed,and the research directions of the feedstock of coal-based needle coke were introduced.
