Ⅲ型安尔碘在造血干细胞移植患儿肛周护理应用中的体会
Anerdian Ⅲ in perianal nursing care for children undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation
摘要
目的比较单用Ⅲ型安尔碘和同时使用Ⅲ型安尔碘加高锰酸钾在造血干细胞移植患儿预防肛周感染的效果。方法2012年1月至2014年12月本科95例患儿行造血干细胞移植术，随机分为实验组55例和对照组40例。实验组患儿单用Ⅲ型安尔碘棉签消毒进行肛周护理；对照组按本科传统的方法：用Ⅲ型安尔碘棉签消毒及1：5000的高锰酸钾溶液坐浴进行肛周护理。结果实验组和对照组患儿年龄、性别、疾病类型及移植类型差异无统计学意义，具有可比性。两组患儿肛周感染率均为0。结论单用Ⅲ型安尔碘和同时使用Ⅲ型安尔碘加高锰酸钾对肛周护理均能达到防肛周感染的目的，而单用Ⅲ型安尔碘更方便快捷，可在造血干细胞移植患儿中用于肛周护理。
