摘要
试验旨在研究不同饲粮组成对西门塔尔杂交牛生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。选取西门塔尔杂交牛24头,将其分为对照组、试验1组和试验2组,分别饲喂3种不同的饲粮。结果表明:试验1和2组牛日均增重均显著高于对照组,但试验1、2组间牛日均增重差异不显著;试验1组牛对精料补充料的饲料转化率(39.68%)显著地高于对照组(33.11%),但与试验2组(35.59%)间差异不显著。试验2组牛血糖极显著地高于对照组和试验1组;对照组牛血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著高于试验2组;对照组、试验1组牛血清总胆固醇含量都显著高于试验2组;试验1组牛血清谷草转氨酶活性极显著高于试验2组;对照组和试验1组牛血清谷丙转氨酶活性显著高于试验2组。根据牛的生长性能、血清生化指标和扣除饲料成本收益3方面的指标综合推断:试验1组饲粮组成最好,试验2组饲粮组成较好,对照组饲粮组成相对较差。
The effects of different dietary composition on growth performance and serum biochemical parameters of Simmental crossbred cattle were studied.A total of 24 Simmental crossbred cattle with similar body weight and age was assigned to three dietary treatments,including 1basal diet(control group),2test groups with two different diets.The results showed that daily gain of experiment groups 1and 2were significantly higher than those in control group,but the difference between the test groups was not significant;feed conversion rate of concentrate supplement of test group 1was 39.68%,significantly higher than the control group(33.11%),but the difference with that of test group 2(35.59%)was significant.BG of test group 2was significantly higher than that of the control group and test group 1;LDLC of control group was significantly higher than that in test group 2;the total cholesterol content in control group and test group 1were significantly higher than that of test group 2;the activity of AST in test group 1was significantly higher than that of test group 2;the activity of ALT in control group and test group 1were significantly higher than that of group 2.According to the growth performance of cattle,the serum biochemical parameters and the cost of feed gains,for comprehensive analysis of indexes in 3aspects,we found that in dietary composition,the test group 1was the best,test group 2was better,the control group was relatively poor.
