摘要
目的:探讨达标理论在血液透析诱导期患者健康教育的效果。方法:将70名血液透析诱导期患者随机分成观察组和对照组各35名。观察组采用达标理论,有针对性实施健康教育。对照组采用常规健康教育。结果:两组患者接受健康教育后,血液透析诱导期患者的健康教育知识掌握,血液透析依从性,对透析中心的满意度的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:达标理论在血液透析诱导期患者健康宣教应用中有积极效果。
Objective To explore the outcome of health education among patients during hemodialysis induction period based on the theory of goal attainment.Methods A total of 70 patients were recruited and randomly assigned into experiment group and control group.The experiment group received specific health education intervention based on the theory of goal attainment.Results There were significant differences in outcome between the patients in these two groups.The experiment group got higher score in knowledge,adherence,and patient satisfaction compared with the control group.Conclusions The specific health education intervention based on the theory of attainment can produce positive outcome.
