摘要
基于工程设计软件Solid Works建立了柱塞式环模颗粒成型机成型机构三维实体模型,采用内置插件Motion对该成型机成型机构进行了运动轨迹仿真分析,探索该成型机结构设计的合理性,寻求较优环模模孔开口锥度,仿真结果表明,环模模孔开口锥度以60°为佳。同时,以木屑为原料进行了生物质物料成型试验,测试了该成型机的各项试验指标。试验结果表明:该成型机的生产率为250 kg/h,能耗为43.2 k W·h/t,成型颗粒密度为1.2 g/cm^3,成型颗粒直径为8 mm,成型率为95%,工作噪声为85 db,各项指标均达到设计要求,实现了连续稳定生产。
Forming mechanisms of the ring die granular forming machine with plungers were modeled, assembled and simulated by SolidWorks Motion, simulation results showed that the opening taper of the ring die die hole is advisable when it's 60°. Sawdust was used as raw material for the biomass material forming test, experimental results showed that the productivity of the forming machine is 250 t/h, energy consumption is 43.2 kW. h/t, density of forming grain is 1.2 g/cm3, diameter of forming grain is 8 mm, forming rate is 95%, and working noise is 85 db. All the indexes meet the design requirements, and realize continuous and stable production.
