摘要
依据《突发事件应对法》,遇突发事件时公民应当服从当地人民政府的指挥和安排,积极参加应急救援工作,协助维护社会秩序。作为从事医疗救治工作的医务人员更是责无旁贷,而没有受过专门培训的年轻医生暴露在重大突发事件面前,面对事件的惨烈和救治的无奈,可能使他们的心灵短期内受到极大损害,表现形式也各有不同。这种出现在自然灾害后的次生灾害,心理学上称之为"创伤后应激障碍",其出现的原因及应对和预防措施,都是值得探索和思考的问题。
According to the Law on Response to Emergencies,in case of unexpected incidents,citizens should obey the command and arrangement of local government,and actively participate in the emergency rescue work,help maintain social order.Medical staff were on their unshirkable responsibility.But for no specially trained young doctors,when they are exposed in front of the major emergencies,helpless in the face of the accident the tragic and treatment,their mind may have great damage in a short-term and forms are also different.The emergence of secondary disasters natural disasters,known in Psychology as "post-traumatic stress disorder",the causes and response and the prevention measures are worthy of research and thinking.
