B超引导下脓腔置管闭式引流治疗急性化脓性乳腺炎30例 被引量：12

摘要 探讨B超引导下脓腔置管闭式引流治疗急性化脓性乳腺炎的疗效。回顾性分析2013年8月—2015年4月B超引导下脓腔置管闭式引流治疗的30例急性化脓性乳腺炎患者的临床资料。30例患者均成功治愈,住院时间平均为5 d（3~10 d）。术后随访2周~6个月,均未出现脓肿复发及其他不适。B超引导下脓腔置管闭式引流治疗急性化脓性乳腺炎创伤小,
