摘要
【目的】为了掌握利用酒糟育肥肉牛的方法和效果,【方法】选择10月龄体重约600kg的育肥期肉牛,在基础日粮基础上添加饲喂白酒酒糟,观察酒糟肉牛育肥效果。【结果】试验组日增重1.73kg,比对照组日增重1.42kg高出0.31kg,日多投入3.8元的成本带来日多增加11.7元的收益。【结论】肉牛育肥中添加适量白酒酒糟,增重效果明显,降低育肥成本,提高经济效益。
【Objective】To obtain the fattening method and effect of feeding beef with lees.【Method】10months old beef about 600 kilogram were selected and fed with wine lees in basal diet,then the fattening effect was observed.【Result】The daily gain of the experimental group was 1.73 kg,which was more 0.31 kg than the control group with the daily gain of 1.42 kg.3.8yuan daily extra cost generate 11.7yuan daily profits.【Conclusion】Feeding beef with some wine lees in daily diet can improve body weight gain significantly,which can reduce the fattening costs and improve the economic benefits.
