摘要
以某平时作为商业建筑使用的人防工程为例,分析GB 50016-2014《建筑设计防火规范》与GB 50098-2009《人民防空工程设计防火规范》对地下商业建筑安全疏散设计要求的异同,提出地下商业建筑安全疏散设计需要结合人的行为习惯和商业建筑消防监督管理的现状合理设计。
Based on a civil air-defense construction used as com- mercial building, similarities and differences of requirements are compared on safety evacuation design of underground commer- cial building by GI3 50016--2014 Code for protection design of building and GB 50098--2009 Code for fire protection design of civil air de fence works, it is suggested that safety evacuation design of underground commercial building should combine behavior of human being and situations of fire supervision and management.
