摘要
结合深圳市安托山门站和次高压管道实例,介绍管道内检测清理出来的杂质的特点,提出在安托山门站安装组合式气固分离设备(旋风分离器+高效滤棉过滤器)。分析组合式气固分离设备的特点及应用效果。安装该设备后,避免了26.2%的杂质进入下游次高压管道,2014年内检测作业共节省下游调压站滤芯更换费用311 040元,减轻了维修人员的工作量。
Combined with the Antuoshan gas gate station and sub-high pressure pipeline in Shenzhen, the characteristics of impurities which cleaned up from pipelines by inner detection are introduced. The installation of the combined gas-solid separation equipment namely cyclone separator and high-efficiency cotton filter in Antuoshan gas gate station is proposed. The characteristics and application effects of the combined gas-solid separation equipment are analyzed. Af- ter installing this equipment, 26.2% of the impurities to enter the downstream sub-high pressure pipeline are avoided. The filter element replacement costs in downstream regulator stations are saved by 311 040 yuan during the inner detection in 2014, and the workload of maintenance staff is reduced at the same time.
