摘要
通过对1#铸机设备改造前后所生产的重轨钢坯内外部质量对比,分析了1#铸机采用不同的凝固末端搅拌参数对重轨钢铸坯的中心碳偏析指数、疏松、及铸坯凝固组织的影响,得出1#铸机280 mm×380 mm断面重轨钢在拉速为0.6 m/min、过热度为25℃的连铸工艺参数条件下,凝固末端电磁搅拌参数为350 A/8 Hz,不仅使铸坯等轴晶率为25%~30%,也可使铸坯中心碳偏析指数均控制在1.10以下。
The effects of different parameters for final electromagnetic stirring( F-EMS) of 1#chamber machine on the center carbon segregation index,center porosity and solidification microstructure of casting blank for heavy rail steel are analyzed through comparing the internal and external qualities of the heavy rail steel before and after the transformation of 1#chamber machine. The result is that the F-EMS parameter of 280 mm × 380 mm sectional heavy rail steel with 1#chamber machine is 350 A /8 Hz with such continuous casting process parameter conditions as casting speed of 0. 6 m / min. and degree of superheat of 25℃,with which the equiaxed zone ratio of casting blank is 25% ~ 30% and the center carbon segregation index of casting blank is controlled below 1. 10.
