摘要
针对W型压缩机动力学性能差的不足,提出了一种新的三星型压缩机的运动方案并进行了结构设计。解决了三星型压缩机结构设计中面临的如干涉、润滑、结构及装配工艺性等关键问题。所设计的三星型压缩机采用主副连杆机构和曲轴立式构造,具有动力学性能良好、润滑系统简单、轴向尺寸小且结构紧凑的特点。
In order to improve the dynamic performance of W-type compressor,a new kinematical scheme of the triple star-type compressor was presented and its structure was designed. The several key problems in the structure design such as interference between the kinematical parts,lubrication on the kinematical pairs,structure manufacturability and composability were solved. A major-minor connecting rods mechanism was applied in the main transmission system of the compressor and the crankshaft of the compressor was assigned to be vertical so as to splash lubrication can be used in the compressor. The dynamic performance of the designed compressor is better than the W-type compressor's and its lubrication system is still simple just as the W-type compressors. The compressor's structure is compact and its axial size is small.
