摘要
目的探讨抑郁焦虑对冠心病患者血清心肌酶和超敏C反应蛋白(hs CRP)的影响。方法选取2012年1月至2015年1月住院治疗的冠心病患者126例,合并有抑郁焦虑症状的患者为研究组,单纯冠心病的患者为对照组。比较两组血清hs CRP、心肌酶、肌钙蛋白T(Tn T)水平。结果研究组汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分显著高于对照组,且CK-MB、Tn T、hs CRP浓度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);HAMD与CK-MB、Tn T、hs CRP成正相关(P<0.05),HAMA与hs CRP成正相关(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者抑郁焦虑情绪与血清心肌酶、Tn T和hs CRP有相关性。
Objective To investigate the effects of anxiety and depression on serum myocardial enzymes and high sensitivity C reactive protein in patients with coronary heart disease( CHD).Methods One hundred and twenty-six in-patients with CHD from January 2011 to January 2015 were divided into control or study group.The control group included 63 patients with simple CHD while the study group included 63 CHD patients with anxiety and depression.The high sensitivity C reactive protein( hs CRP),Troponin T( Tn T)and myocardial enzymes( CK-MB) were examined in all patients.Results The HAMD and HAMA scores in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group( P M0. 05).The CK-MB,Tn T and hs CRP in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group( P 〈0. 05).There was a positive correlation between HAMD and CK-MB,Tn T and hs CRP( P M0. 05).There was a positive correlation between HAMA and hs CRP( P〈 0. 05).Conclusion There was a correlation between the depression and anxiety and serum CK-MB,Tn T and hs CRP in CHD patients with anxiety and depression.
