纤维素纳米晶体/KH560对UV固化水性木器涂层性能的影响 被引量:20

摘要 随着人们环保意识的提高,对于木器产品所用涂料的要求也更加严格,安全环保的水性涂料在木器行业的应用将成为趋势。笔者围绕水性UV固化木器涂料展开研究,采用高强度高表面能的纤维素纳米晶体(CNC)和高反应活性的硅烷偶联剂KH560对其进行改性,以求开发出涂层综合性能更优的水性UV固化木器涂料,为扩大水性UV固化木器涂料的产业化应用提供必要的理论依据。结果表明:CNC和KH560对水性UV固化木器涂层的力学性能和光学性能均有影响,经CNC协同硅烷偶联剂改性的水性UV固化木器涂层的耐磨性得到明显提升,同时涂层的抗冲击性、硬度、附着力等也得到改善,光泽度趋向亚光且可调。该方法成本低廉、过程可控、适用性好且能够满足日常对水性UV固化涂料的使用需求。 With the environmental consideration,requirements for wood product coatings are becoming more rigorous.The application of the ecofriendly waterborne coatings will be extended in the wood industry. Due to the rigid molecules,cellulose nanocrystals( CNC) can improve the strength and rigidity of materials. In this study,the waterborne ultraviolet( UV)-curable wood coatings were modified by CNC with high strength and surface energy,and silane coupling agent KH560 with high reaction activity. The aim was to develop a waterborne UV-curable wood coating with the better performance and provide its industrial application with necessary theoretical foundation. The results showed that the CNC and KH560 influenced both the mechanical and optical properties of the coating. The waterborne UV- curable coating modified by CNC coupled with KH560 exhibited improved wear resistance. In the meantime,the impact resistance,hardness and adhesion were also improved,and the gloss of the coating became matt and adjustable. The coating has the advantages of low cost,controllable process and wide application,which can meet the requirements of the UV-curable waterborne coatings.
