摘要
飞机全静压测试系统是机务人员在航线以及内场工作时测试飞机全静压系统的主要设备,需要按照测试要求提供准确可控的气源。系统以比例阀为核心器件,自主进行了硬件设计、软件设计、气路和结构设计,最终完成的样机能够按照测试人员的简单指令,为飞机全压、静压系统分别提供高精度的气源,实现自动测试,控制精度达到1.6%,实现了全自动测试和设备的自主维护,可以节约民航领域相关测试环节的成本。
Pitot-static testing system is the major equipment in testing of aircraft systems during flights and infield,accurate and controllable gas source needs to be provided following the testing requirements.With proportional valve as the core component,hardware,software,gas path and structure are designed.The final completed prototype can provide accurate pitot and static pressure in accordance with the simple instructions for testing personnel.The system can perform automatic pitot-static system test with 1.6%control precision.Automatic testing and equipment self-maintenance are achieved.This system can save the cost of aviation related test procedures.
