摘要
为了确定黄芪是否可以作为饲草,试验选择3年生、5年生和6年生的黄芪,在不同生长期收割地上部分,采用直接干燥法、凯氏定氮法、索氏抽提法对其含水量、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量进行测定,继而参照粗饲料分级指数(GI)技术体系对其进行品质评价。结果表明,营养物质方面,黄芪地上部分均为三级以上饲草,总体上为6年生>3年生>5年生;有机物质消化率方面,6年生落叶期最适合作饲草,其次是3年生落叶期和5年生落叶期。6年生和3年生黄芪可以作为草食家畜的优质饲草大范围推广使用。
To assess the quality of Astragalus as a forage grass, this study chose triennial, quinquennial and six years Astragalus in different growth stages to harvest the ground part, tested the water content, crude protein content, crude fat content, NDF content with direct drying method, Kjeldahl and Soxhlet extraction method, then evaluated the quality with reference to the roughage grading index(GI)system. The result showed that in terms of nutrients, the ground part of Astragalus was all the third level forage grass, on the whole six years oldtriennialquinquennial. In terms of digestibility of organic matter, the deciduous stage of 6 years old Astralagus was the best forage grass, followed by triennial and quinquennial. So six years and triennial of Astragalus can be widespread used as a high quality forage grass by livestock.
