摘要 采用平板分离法,研究了转几丁质酶基因抗病玉米和非转基因玉米之间不同生长时期土壤可培养细菌数量的变化,同时采用RAPD技术研究了不同生长时期土壤可培养细菌群落结构的变化。结果显示,转几丁质酶基因抗病玉米与非转基因玉米相比,根际土壤中细菌数量在成熟期存在显著差异(P≤0.05),而根区外围土壤中各生长时期的细菌数量未产生显著差异(P≥0.05);RAPD的聚类分析结果表明,根际土壤中生长期细菌的群落结构相似度最低,而根区外围土壤中不同生长时期细菌群落结构相似度差异较小。 In this paper, the changes about the soil cultivable bacteria number in different growth stages between the transgenic resistant disease maize and the non-transgenic maize were studied by using the flat separation method, and the community structure changes about the cultivable bacteria in different growth periods were studied by using RAPD. The results showed that the chitinase-transgenic maize compared with the non-transgenic maize, the rhizosphere soil cultivable bacteria number had a significant difference in mature stage(P≤0.05), but in outer root zone soil, there was no significant difference in all development stages(P≥0.05).The results of RAPD cluster analysis showed that the community structure similarity of rhizosphere soil cultivable bacteria during growth stage was the lowest, while in outer root zone soil, the community structure similarity of cultivable bacteria in every growth phases had minor differences.
