摘要
随着云计算等新技术的应用,大数据在越来越多领域得到应用。借助大数据处理分析成果,一些商业创新模式不断涌现。在此背景下,电子商务发展同样面临机遇和挑战。大数据可以更好地支撑电子商务营销精准化、实时化、高度差异化和个性化,进而有效推进电子商务价值链、供应链一体化。要想将大数据顺利应用于电子商务中并取得令人满意的结果,必须解决好数据共享、无用数据处理、数据安全防护和契合消费者需求等难题,同时努力拓展在电子商务领域已经比较成熟的按需定制模式、线上线下深度融合模式、互联网金融和在线供应链金融等模式。
Along with the application of cloud computing and other new technology, big data has been used in more and more fields. Based on the processing and analyzing results by big data, some business innovation models continued to emerge.In this context, the development of e-commerce also faced opportunity and challenge. Big data could support the accuracy,real-time, high differentiation, and individuality of the e-commerce marketing much better, which further effectively promoted the e-commerce value chain and integration of supply chain. In order to make good use of big data into e-commerce and achieve satisfying results, the problems of data share, useless data processing, data security and fitting consumers ' demand must be solved. Meanwhile, the mature order on demand pattern, online/offline deep integration pattern, internet finance and online supply chain finance in e-commerce field should be expanded.
