间充质干细胞的中医理论归属探讨 被引量:3

摘要 分析有关间充质干细胞(MSCs)现代医学研究成果并引用中医医籍相关论述,探讨MSCs的中医理论归属问题。认为从中医理论精的先天与后天两大来源,以及精的繁衍生殖、生长发育、生髓化血、濡养脏腑四大功能角度来看,MSCs增殖、分化、生物发育机制等特性与中医学中具有繁衍生殖、生长发育、生髓化血、濡养脏腑四大功能的精有诸多相似相通之处,尤其是先天之精与MSCs直接相关;正常MSCs具有较强的免疫调节能力,其作用类似中医的固本祛邪功效;患者MSCs的功能缺陷和中医的正气虚弱两者之间可能存在某种相关性,且带有某种功能缺陷的MSCs患者缺乏抵抗病邪的能力;患者MSCs的功能缺陷源于正气虚弱及邪之所聚。以上探讨对中医研究MSCs有所启示。
