摘要
针对AISI4150钢热轧态硬度高、后续机加工困难的情况,对钢的组织进行分析并进行热模拟试验。结果表明,硬度高的原因在于轧后冷速过快,组织中出现了粒状贝氏体。采取热锯后快速下线保温等措施,AISI4150钢缓冷后奥氏体全部转变为珠光体,避免生成硬度较高的贝氏体组织,满足了用户对钢材机加工前免退火热处理的性能要求。
Aim at hardness of steel AISI4150 in as-rolled high condition, which makes it difficult for its subsequent working, steel's organization are researched on and thermal simulation experiment are conducted. By comparing the microstructure and hardness of steel AISI4150 after rolling and annealing respectively, the basic reason was found that the too fast cooling rate after rolling had led to the mixed microstructure with a higher hardness in steel. And through a series of measures including quick offline and insulation after hot-cutting, the austenite in steel was all transformed into pearlite after slow cooling, that can successfully avoid producing bainite with a higher hardness, and thus the users' requirement of machining performance without annealed steel was met.
