摘要
为了促进医学专科学校就业指导工作朝着科学化的方向发展,为了帮助医学专科生顺利就业,展开对医学专科生就业指导体系的构建:分析医学生就业形势,实现就业指导的市场化;培养医学生职业精神,实现就业指导的专业化;完善医学生知识结构,实现就业指导的全程化;创新医学生实践活动,实现就业指导的社会化;构建医学生就业平台,实现就业指导的信息化。通过实施市场化、专业化、全程化、社会化、信息化的医学专科生"五位一体"就业指导体系,形成医学生自主就业、市场调节就业、学校促进就业的就业良性循环。
In order to promote the scientific development of employment guidance work and help medical students to obtain employment conveniently, it suggests constructing the employment guidance system of medical students in higher vocational colleges： analyzing the employment situation, cultivating professional spirit, improving the knowledge structure, strengthening the practice teaching and constructing the network platform of medical students, thus realize the employment guidance of the market, professional, full, social, information. Through implementing of the ＂Five-in-One＂ employment guidance system, it is good for forming of the benign cycle for medical students job-hunting, market adjusting employment, school accelerating employment.
