摘要
[目的]了解广西环江毛南族自治县少数民族农村社区老年高血压病人低盐饮食知识、态度、行为现况,分析影响因素并提出干预对策。[方法]采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,抽取广西环江县3个乡11个村的60岁以上高血压病人354名作为研究对象。采用自行设计问卷,调查低盐饮食知识、态度、行为现况。[结果]接受过低盐饮食健康教育的比例为53.1%。低盐饮食知识知晓率较低,4个知识条目知晓率分别为14.4%、3.1%、50.8%、50.8%;低盐饮食4个态度条目赞成率分别为54.8%、55.1%、56.5%、58.5%,持赞成态度者绝大多数接受过低盐饮食教育;低盐饮食行为不理想,4个行为条目执行率分别为58.8%、5.4%、9.3%、14.1%。多因素分析结果显示,低盐教育、知识获取途径、民族、酱料碟食用频率是低盐饮食知信行的影响因素(均P<0.05)。[结论]广西环江县农村社区老年高血压病人低盐饮食知信行总体水平不理想,需采取适合农村老年高血压病人的健康教育方法,进行低盐饮食知信行干预。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of knowledge,attitude and behavior(KAB)of low sodium diet among elderly hypertensive patients in rural community in Huanjiang county in Guangxi,analyze the influencing factors and put forward the countermeasures.Methods:Multi stage cluster random sampling method was used.A total of 354 hypertension patients over the age of 60 from 3towns 11 villages in Huanjiang county in Guangxi were selected as the research objects.A self-designed questionnaire survey was used to investigate the status quo of knowledge,attitude and behavior of low sodium diet.Results:The proportion who accepted low sodium diet education was 53.1%.The knowing rate of low sodium diet knowledge was low.The proportion of knowing on 4knowledge items was 14.4%,3.1%,50.8% and 50.8% respectively.The proportion of favor on 4attitude items was 54.8%,55.1%,56.5% and 58.5%.Low sodium diet behavior was not ideal.The proportion of practice on 4attitude items was 58.8%,5.4%,9.3% and 58.8%.Multivariate analysis indicated that low sodium diet education,ethnic,knowledge acquirement,frequency of sauce dish consumption were the influence factors of low sodium diet KAB(both P〈0.05).Conclusion:The low sodium diet KAB level was not ideal.It needed to take suitable health education methods for the rural elderly hypertension patients and to take low salt diet KAB intervention.
