Pretreatment of DMF waste liquid with ultra filtration membrane

摘要 为去除合成革废液中悬浮物质,降低精馏回收能耗,采用超滤膜技术(UF)对合成革行业DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)废液进行预处理研究。结果表明,经聚酰胺膜、聚偏氟乙烯膜、聚偏氟乙烯耐压膜、聚醚砜膜或聚丙烯膜(PP)处理后废液浊度都能从600 NTU降到1 NTU左右。结合膜通量变化情况及成本分析,PP膜组件较优。对比不同条件下PP膜通量变化情况及恢复情况,PP膜运行压力宜选用0.1 MPa,运行时宜选择较大膜表面流速,反冲洗宜采用滤出DMF澄清液,化学清洗宜选用次氯酸钠溶液(0.1%)。适当增加反冲洗频率(每小时反冲1 min)能减缓膜通量的下降程度,此时通量恢复率能达到95.8%。水力冲洗能去除膜表面绝大部分有机物,但仍有少许的污染物质附着在膜的表面及膜孔中。 Dimethylformamide( DMF) waste liquid from the synthetic leather industry was pretreated by ultrafiltration( UF) to remove the suspended material and reduce energy consumption during distillation. The turbidity of the waste liquid could be decreased from initially 600 NTU to approximately 1 NTU after processing with membrane materials made of polyamide( PA),polyvinylidene fluoride( PVDF),polyethersulfone( PES),or polypropylene( PP). Considering the membrane flux and cost,the PP membrane was superior to the others. The appropriate operation pressure was 0. 1 MPa,and higher surface velocity was proposed after comparing the flux and recovery performance of the PP membrane under different conditions. It is better to use the effluent as the flushing liquor and sodium hypochlorite solution( 0. 1%) as the optimal chemical cleaning agent. The results showed that the decline of membrane flux can be retarded by increasing the frequency of backwashing appropriately to one minute per hour,under which frequency a flux recovery rate of 95. 8% can be obtained. Hydraulic cleaning could remove most of the contaminants on the membrane surface,but there were still small amounts of contaminants adhering to the surface and hole of the membrane.
