摘要
新型桶式基础采用了一种大型无底钢筋混凝土结构,在连云港港东西防波堤直立段大量使用,需要就近建设具备较高生产效率的专业化预制场,而徐圩港区具备建设重型构件的场地严重受限,只能在新吹填的淤泥区建设。文中重点分析桶式结构预制场的生产工艺和生产技术需求,通过软基处理提高土体性能,使用桩基提供出运台车支撑,开挖爆破堤安装沉箱建码头,在系统研究并试验桶式结构预制工艺的基础上,按照各分区功能的技术要求和特点进行平面布置及结构设计,规划了包含生产台线、出运码头、搬运轨道、搅拌站、办公及生活设施、起重设备等组成的完整的预制场。该预制场满足了生产桶式结构的系统功能,达到了月生产出运设计能力。
The bucket-based structure is a new bottomless concrete structure applied in the vertical part of east and west breakwater projects in Lianyungang, which requires a specialized prefabrication factory with high efficiency in the neighborhood. While heavy component field is limited in Xuwei Port, the only option is the newly reclaimed silt area. In this paper, the producing process and the requirements of producing techniques of the bucket-based structure are analyzed in focus.With soft soil improvements, delivery trolleys are supported by pile foundations, and caissons are installed at the blasting position. According to technical requirements and features of each functional area, plane layout and structural design are proposed including production lines, delivery quays, delivery trajectory, mixing station, office and living facilities and hoisting equipment. Thus the prefabrication factory can meet both system functions and design delivery capacity.
