摘要
目的分析比较口腔常用修复材料与天然牙耐磨性和硬度的差异。方法选择2011年12月至2014年12月期间于我院行牙齿整形需要进行健康牙齿拔牙的患者共318例为研究对象,进行天然牙齿与镍铬合金、钛合金两个口腔常用修复材料进行密度的测量、硬度、耐磨性的测定。结果天然牙齿与钛合金的密度相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);镍铬合金的密度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);镍铬合金的维氏硬度与天然牙齿相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);钛的维氏硬度明显高于天然牙齿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);天然牙齿与镍铬、钛合金的摩擦前后的质量差相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论密度方面,钛合金与天然牙齿最相近;硬度方面,镍铬合金与天然牙齿最接近;从磨损性能比较,钛合金、镍铬合金与天然牙齿均有较好的匹配性,但镍铬合金与天然牙齿的硬度差异更小。
Objective Comparison wear resistance and hardness between oral repair material and natural tooth’s. Method Select 318 patients with tooth extraction due to the need of plastic teeth cured in our hospital in December 2011 to December 2014, and compared with nickel chromium alloy, titanium alloy two commonly used oral repair material in density, hardness and weight change after wear. Result Natural tooth close to the density of titanium alloy. The density of nickel-chromium alloy is significantly higher than the natural tooth’s. The vickers hardness of nickel-chromium alloy close to natural tooth. The Vickers hardness of titanium alloy was obviously higher than that of natural teeth. The weight change after wear of natural teeth and the nickel chrome. Conclusion Titaniium alloy is more similar to the natural tooth’s in the density. Conclusion Alloy is more similar to the natural tooth’s in the hardness. Both chromium alloy and titaniium alloy are similar to the natural tooth’s in the wear resistance.
