摘要
目的:观察二陈汤三拗汤治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2013年12月-2014年12月本院收治的66例分泌性中耳炎患者的临床资料,按照数字表法将患者分成两组,对照组患者予以常规治疗,研究组患者予以二陈汤三拗汤中药配合治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率90.91%大于对照组患者的63.64%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生不良反应,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:观察二陈汤三拗汤治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床效果良好,既可以明显清除患者鼓室中的积液,又可以改善患者的听力情况,且治疗过程中不会有不良反应发生,疗效确切且安全性高,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Er＇chen decoction plus San＇ao decoction on secretory otitis media. Methods： 66 patients with secretory otitis media were divided into two groups; a control group took routine treatment; another groups took the Er＇chen decoction plus San＇ao decoction more. Results： In the study group, the total efficiency was 90.91%, higher than 63.64% in the control group（P〈0.05）; the two groups got no adverse reactions; the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Er＇chen decoction plus San＇ao decoction on secretory otitis media can get good effect, remove the tympanic effusion, also can improve the patient＇s hearing.
