摘要
目的:探讨对中风后遗症患者运用中西医结合方案的治疗效果。方法:通过随机对照法将近两年到本院治疗的74例中风后遗症病例均分成两组,对照组37例根据常规西医标准用药,观察组37例选择中西医结合方案治疗,连续施治2周后,研究两组的症状改善情况。结果:施治后,观察组的临床总有效率达91.89%,相较于对照组的64.86%明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的NIHSS分值相对更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:选择中西医结合方案对中风后遗症患者展开治疗,药效更加理想安全,且有利于促进患者神经功能的恢复,适合加强推广。
Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the integrative medicine on stroke sequelae. Methods： 74 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 37 cases in the control group were given conventional western medicine. 37 cases in the observed group received the integrative medicine. The treatment lasted for 2 weeks. Results： After the treatment, the total efficiency in the observed group was 91.89%, much higher than 64.86% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference; and the NIHSS scores in the observed group was better, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was significantly effective on stroke sequelae, and worthy of promotion.
