摘要
目的:探讨中医辨证分型治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡(RAU)的疗效。方法:将2012年3月-2013年9月诊治的96例RAU患者随机分为两组,治疗组48例接受中医辨证分型治疗,对照组48例采用西医常规治疗,根据中华口腔医学会口腔黏膜病专业委员会制定的"RAU疗效评价试行标准"评价其疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈26例,显效11例,有效7例,无效4例,总有效率为91.67%;对照组痊愈8例,显效11例,有效14例,无效15例,总有效率为68.75%,治疗组和对照组的疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证分型治疗RAU疗效显著。
ObjectiveTo explore clinical effects of syndrome differentiation on recurrent aphthous ulcer. Methods： From Mar.2012 to Sep. 2013, 96 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 48 cases in each group. Patients in thetreatment group were given syndrome differentiation; patients in control group were given conventional western medicine. Results：In the treatment group, 26 cases were cured; 11 cases were effective; 7 cases were a little effective; 4 cases were inefficient; the totalefficiency was 91.67%. In the control group, 8 cases were cured; 11 cases were effective; 14 cases were a little effective; 15 cases wereinefficient; the total efficiency was 68.75%; difference between groups was statistically significant. Conclusion： Syndrome differentiationwas effective on recurrent aphthous ulcer.
