摘要
对于青少年运动员来说,他们对文化课学习有很严重的排斥和厌烦的心理,严重阻碍正常教学的开展。通过对教育专家的访谈,对青少年运动员的调查,发现青少年运动员在文化课学习兴趣较低的原因主要表现在惰性、不自信、师生关系不和谐等多方面。根据运动员自身特点,提出了"说问辩玩"四种教学对策,以此来提高青少年的学习积极性,取得了良好的效果。
For teenage athletes,they often have the mind of rejection and feel bored in learning subjects at school.It is seriously difficult for teachers to carry on the regular teaching. Through the interview with educational experts and the survey on teenage athletes,the results which made them feel less interested in learning at school mainly reflect several aspects,such as laziness,lack of confidence,disharmonious relationship between students and teachers and so on. According to the own characteristics of athletes,this paper presents four teaching strategies——speaking,asking,debating and playing games,which aim to improve the learning enthusiasm and lead to better effects at school.
