摘要
为了提高齿轮的加工精度,提出了一种基于嵌入式系统的齿轮加工数控系统。构建了系统的总体框架,并对系统进行了任务划分,设计了多个功能模块;通过确定滚齿对刀点,分析滚刀加工运动轨迹、滚刀和工件的运动关系,计算关键点的坐标值,构建出滚齿加工自动编程的数学模型,在本系统的硬件平台上,开发实现了滚齿加工自动编程功能模块。为今后齿轮数控加工控制精度的提高奠定了一定的基础。
In order to improve the machining precision of gears, presented an embedded system based on gear machining CNC system. Constructed the framework of the system,divided system tasks,and designed several functional modules. By determining the point of the knife hobbing, analyzing hobbing trajectory, analyzing the motion relationship between the hob and the workpiece, calculate the coordinates of key points,mathematical models 'of the hobbing machining automatic programming was built,on the hardware platform of the system, the hobbing machining automatic programming function module was successfully achieved. Provides a foundation to improve the gear NC control precision in the future.
