摘要
主要分析了液压支架电液控制阀主阀的结构特点及其在海德汉iTNC 530数控编程系统中的编程应用以及海德汉iTNC 530编程系统的特点。其中对主阀深长孔、群孔、凸台加工工序规划以及加工工艺分析作了详细阐述。海德汉iTNC 530系统配合DMU 85mono BLOCK五轴加工中心实现了高速、高精和高表面质量加工,并能充分满足液压支架电液控制阀主阀对加工精度的要求,可广泛应用于具有五轴加工功能的数控机床中。
The structure characteristics of the main valve applied in hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control valve and its NC programming in the NC programming system HEIDENHAINiTNC530 and iTNC 530's characteristic were discussed in this paper. And the machining process of long holes, group of holes and boss was analysed in detail in this paper. HEIDENHAINiTNC 530 combining five-axis machining center has realized the machining with high speed, high precision and high surface quality, which can also satisfied the main valve's precision, therefore it can be widely used in five-axis machining centers.
