摘要 随着医疗卫生服务需求的增加,医院规模不断扩张表现为多院区一体化发展,而目前的多院区一体化管理存在诸多问题,尚未形成科学、规范的考核机制。科室大主任是实现多院区医院一体化管理的关键群体,文章以医院中层管理者——科室大主任为对象,针对多院区医院的管理特点,以科主任的岗位职责为基础,以道德、能力、业绩为导向制定出一套多院区科室大主任绩效考核的指标体系。 With increasing demand for health services,expanding the scale of hospital performance for the integrated development of multi-institutions hospital. Now there are many problems in multi-institutions hospital integrated management, scientific and normative evaluation mechanism has not formed yet. Department big directors are the key groups of multi-institutions hospital integrated management multi-hospital integrated management. This paper takes hospitals' middle managers——department big directors as the objects,aims at management characteristics of multi-institutions hospital. Based on position statement of department directors,takes morality,ability,performance as guidance to work out a set of multi-institutions hospital department performance assessment index system.
