摘要 配电自动化终端对配电系统可靠性的提高具有重要作用,然而其优化配置尚缺乏深入研究。该文以系统供电可靠性为约束,以经济性最优为目标对三遥配电自动化终端的优化配置问题建立了混合整数非线性解析模型,以期在保证系统具有较高供电可靠性前提下,经济性最好并获得较好的投资回报率。文中采用一种新的含配电自动化终端的可靠性分析方法,实现了可靠性计算与优化求解的分离。采用C++编程混合调用大规模商业优化软件进行求解,较之启发式算法求解速度更快、更稳定并可得到较高质量的配置方案。对RBTS BUS2算例系统的测试结果表明,所提模型与方法的有效性,并具有较强的工程应用价值。 Distribution automation terminal units have great influence on the reliability of the distribution system. However,little research can be seen on their optimal placement. This paper proposes a novel mixed-integer nonlinear and analytic model to study the optimal placement of three remote distribution automation terminal units. The model aims at minimizing the total costs with the power supply reliability constraint in order to get a high rate of return on investment with a satisfactory degree of power supply reliability. A new distribution system reliability analysis method is proposed,which greatly simplify the calculate process and separate the reliability calculation and the optimizing calculation.Large-scale commercial optimizing solver is used to solve the model,which is faster,more stable and can get solution of higher quality. Test results on the RBTS BUS2 system prove the validity of the proposed model and method,which has its engineering application value.
