摘要
目的探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)提高护理不良事件上报率的效果。方法 2014年1-3月,解放军第422医院护理部成员组成QCC小组,对影响护理不良事件上报率进行要因分析,并进行整改。结果通过全体圈员的参与,护理不良事件的上报率由活动前的2.6%上升到3.84%,目标达成率为91.9%。结论品管圈活动不仅提高了护理不良事件上报率,同时也提升了圈员的学习能力、质量意识及综合能力。
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle（QCC）activities in improving the reporting rate of nursing adverse events.Methods A QCC group was set up by members of the nursing department to analyze and improve the essential factors which affected the report rate of nursing adverse events.Results The report rate of nursing adverse events increased from 2.6% to 3.84% after the QCC implementation.The goal achievement rate was 91.9%.Conclusion QCC activities not only improve the report rate of nursing adverse events,but also improve the learning ability,quality awareness and the comprehensive abilities of the members of QCC group.
