摘要
在明确国内外综采集成供液系统智能监测诊断技术现状的基础上,重点从泵站多参量动态在线监测、乳化液浓度在线监测、过滤系统纳污量监控和视频监控等方面,对实现综采集成供液系统智能监测诊断关键技术、主要技术难点进行了分析和讨论,同时指出未来基于综采集成供液系统的智能监测诊断系统将以大数据基础层、故障特征信息存储层和故障智能专家诊断决策层为整体框架,实现对综采集成供液系统智能化、无人化管理。
Based on the understanding of the application of the intelligent monitoring and diagnosis technology on the domestic and foreign fully-mechanized integrated pressure pumping system,the key technologies and the major technical difficulties of the intelligent monitoring and diagnosis system were analyzed and discussed,on the aspects of multiple parameters dynamic monitoring of pump station,emulsion concentration monitoring,contamination level monitoring of filtration system and intelligent video monitoring,and so on.In order to achieve the intelligent and unmanned management of the fully- mechanized integrated pressure pumping system,the future intelligent monitoring and diagnosis system should include three levels,which were the basic level including large feature data,the middle level for collecting and storing fault features and the decision-making level for diagnosing the accurate faults.
