摘要
FBG(光纤布拉格光栅)传感系统的解调过程中,噪声的存在严重影响了系统的精度.为提高系统的测量精度,去噪是解调中不可或缺的环节,在传统小波阈值去噪算法中软、硬阈值函数以及现有文献所设计阈值函数的研究基础上,构造了一个新的阈值函数,该函数对噪声的处理具有更好的效果.对含噪FBG反射信号的去噪实验表明,新构造的阈值函数比传统的软、硬阈值函数信噪比平均提高3-5dB,均方根误差平均降低0.1-0.3.最后将提出的方法运用到FBG 传感测温系统中,证明了该方法的可行性,并且可使解调精度小于5pm,满足FBG传感系统的精度要求.
In the demodulation process of Fiber Bragg Grating(FBG)sensing system,the accuracy of the system is affected by the noise seriously.In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the system,denoising is an indispensable part in the demodulation.In this paper,we construct a new threshold function with much better denoising performance based on typical wavelet threshold denoising algorithm with soft and hard threshold function,and threshold functions in the existing literature.Through the de-noising experiment for the noisy FBG reflected signal,the result shows that the proposed threshold function can increase the average signal-to-noise ratio by 3~5dB,and reduce the root mean square error by 0.1~0.3,when comparing with the typical soft and hard threshold function.Finally,we apply the proposed method to the FBG temperature sensing system to demonstrate the feasibility of the method.The experiment results show that the demodulation accuracy is less than5 pm,which meet the accuracy requirement of the FBG sensing system.
