摘要
本系统基于Solid Works平台,充分利用其模块及开放性的编程接口,将卡盘重要计算过程与关键零件分析校核嵌入到软件中,实现液压卡盘产品的快速设计及分析。该方法大幅度提高了设计质量和效率,为企业新产品的快速设计及知识积累提供了可行高效的方案。
For the realization of the previous designexperience and knowledge of the inheritance and reuse, aparametric design and calculation method is introduced inhydraulic drill chuck design. After the completion of the designcalculations were rapid stress analysis. The system is based onSolidWorks platform, which makes full use of the module andopen programming interfaces. Chuck’s significant calculationprocess and stress analysis of key parts is embedded into thesoftware, which realize the rapid design and analysis of hydraulicchuck products. The method greatly improves design quality andefficiency, and provides the efficient and feasible method forrelevant enterprises to design new product rapidly and accumulateknowledge as well as experience.
