摘要 钩尾框是铁路货车车钩缓冲装置的关键受力部件。本文通过阐述钩尾框焊接的现状和存在的问题,利用自动焊接设备焊接的稳定性及其高效性,提出进行钩尾框自动焊接试验。实验分为钩尾框连接板焊接试验、钩尾框焊接试验和钩尾框批量可行性试验三个阶段进行,并开展工艺分析,得到结论:以节约成本为目的手工焊接是比较好的选择,投入较低,质量较为稳定;专机焊接次之,机械手焊接最差。以改善操作者作业环境、提高生产效率为目的机械手是最好的选择,专机次之,手工最差。 The hook tail frame is the key of railway freightcar coupler buffer device stress component. This paper describesthe hook tail frame welding the status quo and problems of usingautomatic welding equipment and welding stability efficiency, putforward hook tail frame automatic welding test. The for hook tailframe connecting plate welding test, hook tail frame welding testand a hook tail frame batch test for feasibility of three stages, andcarry out technology analysis, get conclusion: to save the cost formanual welding is better choice, low investment, the quality isstable; plane welding times, mechanical hand welding the worst. Inorder to improve the operating environment, improve the productionefficiency for the purpose of mechanical hand is the best choice,the second hand, the worst.
