摘要
近年来,离心式压缩机的叶轮焊接工作中存在一定的困难和问题,因此对焊缝技术的要求也随之提升。文章从工业生产中常用的焊接方式入手,分析叶轮的焊接及其连接方法,从而找出多种其他类型的叶轮焊接方式,真正实现为叶轮的生产和完善作出启示。
The progress of the times, the development ofsociety, the pace of development of China＇s industrialization isalso moving forward. A number of effective technologies have beenintroduced and improved, such as in welding technology. In recentyears, the impeller welding work of centrifugal compressor hassome difficulties and problems, so the requirements of the weldingtechnology will be promoted. This must from industrial productionas a common welding method of, in order to carries on the summaryand the induction, so as to find out a variety of other types ofimpeller welding, truly realize the production of impellers andmade perfect enlightenment. In this paper, the welding of impellerand its connection method are analyzed, and the brief discussion isprovided for reference.
