摘要
目的:应用三维质量结构理论构建手术室电外科设备安全评价指标体系。方法首先查阅手术室电外科设备安全的有关文献,在“结构质量过程质量结果质量”的理论基础上,结合相关诊疗规范制订出手术室电外科设备安全初选指标,应用德尔菲专家问卷法对初选的指标进行两轮问卷调查函询,筛选出最终的质量评价指标,同时计算出每个指标的权重。结果本研究共纳入25名专家进行函询,第1次调查问卷回收率为92%,第2次为96%;两轮调查问卷的有效率均为100%,权威系数分别为0.888,0.879,经研究小组集体评议最终确立手术室电外科设备安全评价指标条目;评价指标包括要素质量、环节质量、终末质量3个一级指标,11个二级指标和22个三级指标。结论上述指标的确定遵循了权威专家的意见和相关的医疗文件,符合目前手术室电外科设备护理的实际需要,有助于调高围术期患者的护理安全质量。
Objective To apply three dimensional quality structure theory to construct electrosurgery equipment construction of safety evaluation index system in Operating Room. Methods We reviewed all literature about safety of electrosurgery equipment, combined diagnosis and treatment regulations to draw out the primary index of electrosurgery equipment safety based on the theory fundamental of “structure quality-process quality-result quality”, and applied Delphi expert′s questionnaire for two rounds letter examination to screen out the final quality evaluation index, and counted out the weight of each index at same time. Results This study brought into 25 experts for letter examination, and the collective rate of questionnaire were 92% at first round and 96. 0% at second round;the effective rate of two rounds were 100%; the authority coefficient were 0. 888 and 0. 879; after collective appraisal by research group, the final electrosurgery equipment safety evaluation index items; the evaluation indexes included three level one indexes ( key factors quality, link quality, final quality) , 11 level two indexes and 22 level three indexes. Conclusions The confirmation of above index follows the opinions of authoritative experts and medical documents, accords with current requirements of electrosurgery equipment nursing in Operating Room, which is benefit for increasing nursing safety quality of perioperative patients.
