摘要
包钢连续热板酸洗机组是国内首条可以生产最大8 mm厚带钢的连续热板酸洗线,该生产线具有国内领先水平。文章介绍了该机组的产品定位、工艺流程及主要装备水平,重点介绍了机组生产厚板的关键技术,通过多方面的优化设计,保证生产线可以连续稳定的生产厚规格产品。
The continuous pickling line for hot plate of Baotou Steel is the first production line in China to produce maximum 8 mm strip,which is with the domestic advanced level. In the paper,it is introduced the product positioning,process flow and main equipment level of the unit as well as emphasized the key technology for manufacturing thick plate.The products with thick gauge could be manufactured with the production line continuously and stably through various optimization designs.
