四苯基卟啉(TPP)分光光度法测定二价锌、镉离子的含量 被引量:5

DETERMINATION OF ZINC AND CADMIUM IONS USING TETRAPHENYLPORPHYRIN (TPP) SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

摘要 本文用紫外可见分光光度法,以四苯基卟啉为显色剂测定二价锌与二价镉的含量。用控制变量法对最大吸收波长(λmax)、显色剂用量、p H值、显色温度、显色时间等实验条件进行了筛选。Zn^(2+)—TPP反应体系的最大吸收波长为421.1nm,Zn^(2+)的含量为0.04~0.28μg/m L时呈良好线性关系,直线回归方程为:A=0.016 71+0.316 57X,相关系数为r=0.999 2;Cd^(2+)—TPP反应体系的最大吸收波长为419nm,Cd^(2+)的含量为0.014~0.08μg/m L时呈良好线性关系,直线回归方程为:A=0.051 24+0.310 1X,相关系数为r=0.999 54。 The method of UV visible spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of zinc ions and cadmium ions,and the tetraphenylporphyrin( TPP) was used as a chromogenic reagent in this paper. To study experimental conditions such as variablesmaximum absorption wavelength、the dose chromogenic reagent 、p H 、temperature 、measuring time and so on by controlling variable method. The maximum absorption wavelength of the Zn^(2+) —TPP reaction system is 421. 1nm,and it showed a good linear relationship when the content of Zn^(2+) is between 0. 04μg / m L and 0. 28μg / m L. The linear equation is A = 0. 01671 + 0. 31657 X,and the correlation coefficient is 0. 9992; While the maximum absorption wavelength of the Cd^(2+) and TPP reaction system is 419 nm,when the content of Cd^(2+) is between 0. 014μg / m L and 0. 08μg / m L,the absorption intensity is linear with respect to the content of Cd^(2+) . The linear equation is A = 0. 05124 + 0. 3101 X,and the correlation coefficient is 0. 999 54.
