苯甲酸乙酯合成实验绿色改进的探讨

摘要 提出了以硫酸氢N-甲基吡啶离子液为催化剂,乙醇与苯甲酸先回流酯化再高温气相酯化合成苯甲酸乙酯的改进方法.根据绿色化学合成的原则,以原子的经济性、催化剂、过程中的污染物3个方面,对两种方法做了对比.结果表明,改进后的方法,苯甲酸的转化率高,催化剂的选择性强且可循环使用,合成过程无污染物的引进和产生,符合绿色化学的发展方向. A modified method to synthesize this compound is proposed. In the new procedure,ionic liquid( Nmethyl pyridinium hydrosulfate) is used as catalyst,refluxing ethanol and benzoic acid followed by esterification in gas phase with high temperature. The new method is compared with the conventional ways based on three main principles of green chemistry: efficient use of atoms,catalyst and pollutions produced during the process. It turns out that the modified method improves the conversion of benzoic acid. The catalyst used in new method is more selective and can be recycling. In this procedure,there are no pollutions introduced or produced. In general,the new process is accord with the development of green chemistry.
