摘要
为了明确奶业生产中粗饲料的营养品质变化及安全状况,对呼和浩特市圣牧奶牛基地的3窖全株玉米青贮进行开窖后的营养成分和发酵品质分析,结果表明:1随着开窖时间的延长干物质含量、粗蛋白含量有下降趋势;中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤含量夏季呈现上升趋势,秋冬季节表现出下降趋势;PH值则夏季呈现下降趋势,秋冬季节表现出增加趋势;乳酸含量3窖中均下降,乙酸、丙酸、丁酸及氨态氮占总氮的比例呈现增加趋势,费氏评分逐渐下降。2对3窖全株玉米青贮进行评价,3窖的青贮发酵品质均良好,但II号窖的干物质含量和粗蛋白含量不足,不能满足奶牛营养需求;I号窖干物质含量不足,喂养时需要进行调整。
In order to define the nutritional quality change and security status of roughage in dairy industry,this paper analyzed the nutrition composition and ferment quality of whole corn silage in three caves of Sheng- mu dairy base in Huhhot. The results showed that: 1. The content of DM and CP present decreased trend as the extension of opening the cave; NDF and ADF present increased trend in summer but opposite in autumn and winter; PH present decreased trend in summer but increased in autumn and winter; LA decreased in three caves and the proportion of AC,PC,BC and NH3- N present increased trend that the Karl fischer score gradually declined. 2. The ferment quality in three caves were good,but the content of DM and CP is insufficient in NO. 2 cave; the content of DM is insufficient in NO. 1 cave and must to be adjusted when feeding.
