摘要
目的分析皖南医学院药学院药学专科毕业生的就业率和就业质量。方法对我校近三年药学专科毕业生就业信息表进行统计分析。结果毕业生就业去向主要为民营企业,就业岗位多选择药店和销售,就业区域多数留在本省,薪资待遇主要集中在2 000~3 000元之间。结论药学专科毕业生就业率较高,但就业质量不高,就业形势依然严峻,需要大力加强毕业生的就业指导与服务。
Objective To analyze the-employment rate and employment quality of the pharmacy graduates of Wannan Medical College. Methods A statistical analysis of the employment information of the pharmacy graduates in the past three Years was earried out. Results The employment of the graduates mainly for private enterprises, more most of them chose pharmacies and sales, most of the employment area remained in the province, wages are mainly concentrated between 2000 and 3000 RMB. Conclusions The employment rate of the pharmacy graduates is high, but the employment situation remains severe. We should vigorously strengthen the employment guidance.
